I have had a great experience. I am in the recruiting division and for a long time felt that there was no upward mobility. Now that there is, I am very satisfied and am excited to move up in IGR. I would just like more opportunities for Pro's to earn higher bases like our AM counterparts.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love more opportunities for higher bases. Myself and people on my team do not have many opportunities for that like our AM counterparts do. I don't want free money, but I would like an opportunity to work towards a higher base and/or contest bonus.
