I've been with the company for 8 amazing years, through many life changes and challenges. Through it all, Insight Global has been a constant - supporting me, investing in me and helping me grown professionally, financially & personally. They are hard working, empathetic and put our people first. They also aren't afraid to be vulnerable and lead by example.

My team is a family. We support each other through challenging times, motivate each other when we need that extra boost, and celebrate each others' successes as is they were our own.

We have 6 shared values as a company and one more specific to our team that we truly live and breathe by every day. With those at the forefront, we can overcome anything together and feel safe in our work environment.

Our leadership team exemplifies what we stand for at Insight Global by caring about doing all of the little things right, including investing time with team members. Our executives have been with the company since it's inception, so they are prime examples of dedication and quality leadership.
