How we interact together, how they genuinely care about my success as equally as they care about their own, and how they want my feedback/advice in turn. Plus they are just great people!

They are constantly focused on how to grow me as an individual and a professional as well as how to help empower me to grow others. They are supportive but will not let me "settle"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the CARE in each day and in each interaction. The company has been extremely thoughtful about connecting with each person. Even during "remote" times of COVID, our culture still feels strong and connected.
