One of the best decisions I've ever made. I feel like I've grown so much in my 6 year career at Insight Global - personally, professionally, and financially. I work hard and am rewarded. I have a great relationship with my boss. I learn something new every day. Very happy at IG and plan to stay!

How approachable everyone is. I feel like I can easily ask for help, advice, or guidance from anyone. Expectations are always clearly communicated and you always know where you stand.

I love how close I am with my coworkers, both personally and professionally. The company does an incredibly job at hiring driven, positive, gritty, and high character people - which in turn brings out the best in me every day
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I see my hard work pay off. At Insight Global, you really do get out of the job what you put into it. It's extremely motivating to set high, yet achievable goals for yourself and then experience the rewards of hitting them - personally, professionally, and financially.
