Very good and I feel at home, however, with the inequality of pay, I do feel somewhat disgruntled

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not compared equally to some of my peers who do the same exact job. I spoke to management about this and they confirmed a raise but dragged their feet. Once covid hit, now raises are on hold until possibly the end of the year. The comp structure is not transparent for MSD and needs change
