IG is a really tough job, I am thankful for it, but it is overwhelming at times and I feel I am burnt out nearly after only 4 years. Leadership is great, but performance reviews are very metrics based and there is always pressure to do better, and your best seems to never be enough.

I love the opportunity my company provides to people. However, it is an extremely stressful environment where you are valued at the money you bring in or your role in the company or how well liked and how much of a bro you are. I feel as I can't advance without conforming to ideals.

Uncapped commission, and incentive trips.

Everyone is forced to think the same and have the same values and ideas.

It is a fun environment and being close is just as important as being successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Positions are not paid out fairly. Sales staff makes a lot of money, while the people doing a lot of the heavy lifting do not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is positively encouraged. Very desperate to lessen turn over due to costs, that they try and keep people around now, even if they aren't great at their jobs. They will find a role for them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making decisions based off of who is good at their jobs, not based off of who people like the best. Also, separating work from personal life, insight global doesn't need to be your personal and professional life.
