Back office/support roles are often underpaid in this company. I realize we are built off of sales and must comp our salespeople accordingly however there is a significant disparity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There has always been a disparity between sales and back office, as there should be, but we are not keeping up with market standards. Especially in today's age with a war on talent and ability to go full remote at numerous companies we need to re-evaluate. Inflation should also be taken into account
