I have grown as an employee and person because of Insight Global. My work ethic is better than ever and I have more avenues for growth than ever. I know I am still changing and evolving, but I'm satisfied with what IG has provided me these past two years at the company.

My teammates, having friends in other departments, and driving action within the projects I work on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and care about each other, in and outside of the office. I consider them all my friends, and my coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have had issues in the past with promotions and pay raises. I went for a while not making salary when I knew my colleague, who I trained, was. I also do functions and take initiative on actions outside of my job title, and have been for some time now.
