It's very roller coaster, but for the most part I feel like it is typical corporate America. This is my fist professional job so I don't have much to compare it to.

They are very positive and uplifting for the most part.

They have great ideas, but don't always have a concrete plan of execution
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are uplifting and we get to change people's life with the work that we do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe our base salaries could be adjusted according to the market, and for leadership to prioritize a work life balance. Also, maybe adjust the hours of our every day role.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe that there are too many people in roles that they have not had properly trained or qualified for. Hiring externally may help. I struggle with reporting to someone that is my age or younger.
