I truly feel like Insight Global can be my first and only career. People learn what they are good at and what they value and are able to move upward in the company based off of that. OR people have even created positions based on their skills. I would never find a company with a better culture.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love the job I'm in. The only thing I don't love about my job is my Sales Manager. I feel as though she was promoted because we needed a SM in the office rather than her truly deserving it so she hasn't been the best person to look up to and seek advice from.

helping my peers or subordinates achieve a goal or resolve an issue

Work hard, play harder! Almost all of our accomplishments are celebrated in the office

We all want to have fun while we work and know that its a work hard play hard mentality. So we celebrate the successes of our hard work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are in leadership positions because they had success in their earlier roles. I LOVE that we only promote from within so leaders can speak from experience and relate more

They understand that there are highs and lows of the job but help with my struggles. They are also the perfect balance of being a hard shoulder and a soft shoulder

Feeling like I have a team to support me, whether its recruiters or pros to help bring in/fill reqs, other AMs for advice, and my Sales Manager to be a support system
What are some of the best things about your team?
They've become my best friends in and out of the office! We share our hard working mindsets and it makes the job better that we have the same goals that are openly shared
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all started with the company in the same position that I started in. So when they speak, they speak with experience. There is also a very blended hierarchy so leadership is very appropriate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commission structure should be higher/allow commissioned employees to make a higher percentage of the money brought in. I also wish the benefits were less expensive and the 401K structure didn't max out at $250 match per year

Commission structure. EX - AMs at $10K get 10% of commission. but its not 10% of the full $10K. Its 10% of the spread between $7K and $10K. I do wish we would get 10% of all $10K so its 1- easier to calculate commissions and 2 - be compensated higher for hard work
