I love that what I put in, is what I get out. I love that I see the immediate fruit of my hard work whether it be in additional income, contest and incentive trips, promotions, or recognition.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership truly leads by example and are genuinely invested in the success of their team. I've seem example after example of this displayed over my years with the company and it's absolutely incredible. We have the best leadership!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is 100% inclusive- whether you are brand new or 15+ years in, you MATTER. Leadership values your thoughts and ideas, and you are an important part of the company's success. It's the most positive culture I've ever witnessed!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I LOVE that what you put in is what you get out and it is truly UNCAPPED. If you win a huge project, or get exclusive business with a major client- you see ALL of that in your paychecks. We are also paid weekly and commission is paid out every Friday as well, so it's not just one lump sum!
