I dont think i feel undervalued and i honestly dont know what would make me feel better about my compensation

I love the early morning banter in zone and how we all have each others back and how motivated i feel by everyone

everyone might have a different background or different interests in life but i think we all have a common goal of working our butts off to be successful and that commonality is motivating
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
wellness Wednesdays were such an amazing perk and i miss having that perk. corporate benefits in the fitness space would be amazing (discounted equinox membership, discount codes for classpass, meal delivery discounts etc)
