What are some of the best things about your team?

The eagerness to get work done efficiently and effectively.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Those I have met and communicated with have been extremely helpful and welcoming. Makes the day go by fast and bareable.

What makes you most happy at work?

The gym is a major perk of the job, as well as getting a chance to learn more about the equipment.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding the worth and value of their employees. Be better at understanding the market of pay. Not everyone is skilled the same and those with most experience and skill should be compensated such.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The reason I feel undervalued is because the guidance and support for my role has not been seen or given. I am unable to showcase my skills and development if I am not sure what my direction is. Also, I am still unclear who I report to as of right now I report to 3 different individuals.
