Its been difficult at times but progressing up the ladder and making changes for the better of the company and current team is satisfying. Coming to work and making a difference not just doing my job is oddly satisfying.

Growth!!! I'm moved up several times. There's no way anyone can say that they cant advance with Lancer. You just have to apply yourself to where you want to go.

The transparency. The communication. The patience.

Having my long time co-workers still working with me.

Getting projects and report out on time. Seeing my team thrive under pressure. The feeling of accomplishment.

My team works without having to be looking over their shoulders. They come in, do their job and we all go home safe.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all know each other. Knowing who you work with and who you can go to for help is amazing. More work gets done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The clinic, i love having access to a health care provided on site before we go to a doctor's office and the flexibility it provides.

The people i work with are very easy going. We can disagree on topic but we can still work together and I like the fact that we can get past our disagreements.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The humbleness and the connection they have with the rest of the company. Our CEO really listens to the employees, he doesn't just sit at the top, he gathers with us whenever possible.
