LG is global company but I feel like this is company for the HQ employees which means LG cares for HQ employees only to help them to grow and get promoted. There is not much opportunities to grow for employees whom are hired in United States. Please help us

Please make clear path and plan to grow

They need to have clear direction and please do not add workload as top down without careful consideration

I am doing more than other employees work. Please check regularly with employees if we are getting paid fairly

Please treat Korean Americans fairly. How come all the non Koreans do not come to the office and only Korean americans must come
