I love the company the employees the workplace. I am just worried about my future when it comes to pay and savings my children's college. #1 in the industry but are we #1 paying employer in the industry? If so I must be overly underpaid compared to my coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to contribute to the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like our CEO and my team leader.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The urge to innovate and become the top player
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I guess it depends on the coworkers but my recent experience was pretty bad. It's really hard to get a response or even a feedback from some employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. Industry Average. - I like the company but when i look at the cost of living + the industry pay comparing other companies of LGs caliber feel very under paid. It's hard to make a living around where our HQ is. I can't find the reason to stay (when i'm looking at my pay check and future)
