What is the best part about your compensation package?

Free family health insurance/ PPO

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working from home, I can choose which ten hours per day I want to work.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Misery loves company. We know we can dominate if management would give us the tools we need.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Too many "survivors" who are playing the game and not enough people out to make the company better.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Put the customer first. Everybody's KPI's should be customer focused. Also, people are so sequestered in their boxes, they won't go out of their way to help others outside their "zone"--break barriers down.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There are two bosses: Alpharetta and Seoul. Seoul controls the $ and the real power. Alpharetta can put all the programs and plan together but ultimately, faceless/nameless people who I will never meet/know in Seoul control my destiny.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen. They have no clue who I am as a person, what I need as individual to succeed, professionally or personnally. There are two leadership teams at LG: the US team and the Korean team and the Korean team controls the purse strings.
