What do you like best about the leadership team?

Supportive when I need assitance/escalation.

What makes you most happy at work?

When customer award us opportunities and we have product to sell them.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Cohesive and smart colleagues. Willing to share insights that benefit the team as a whole. Seasoned professionals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture is global in nature which creates credibility with our customers. I work alone remotely, so there isn't much of an actual environment to measure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Accurate compensation. Commissions are always 4-6 months late in pay-out (contract says 60-days past quarter close). The POS reporting is so convoluted and inaccurate that I have gone a year with zero commissions. I spend 20-30 hours each quarter trying to research and secure data to prove my sales.
