What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great insurance and good PTO

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We have little into what other coworkers are doing, or what other teams do. This company culture doesn't reward subsidiaries working together.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers (at LGEAI) have tried and failed to implement a work system like Agile to protect us from Korea's constant demand for data. We are constantly, constantly getting interrupted for data requests. This is where creative people become depressed. I didn't sign up to be an analyst.
