LG has a very weird culture where many things are done "because HQ says so" and it's hard to get an explanation when any of these policies or procedures are questioned or improvements suggested.

I like to do work that is challenging.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager micromanages and asks me to do many tasks that are not my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been at LG for 4+years and have not received a promotion or more than 3% raise, even though I have received Starr points and a Stellar Award. Also, LG tries to make it appear as though we get an employee discount on LG products. However, the price we are offered is as good as best buy
