The culture is unhealthy but I really like many of the people I work with

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

People need to communicate better. People need to do what is expected of them and their department instead of not responding to requests for help or passing the request on to someone else instead of doing it on their own

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better Pay. LG pays managers significantly lower than the industry standard. Based on the amount of work and the responsibilities, LG is not paying their managers enough money to keep them with LG for a long time. The difficulty of work does not match the pay and mangers are looking to leave
