Lg is very frustrating, they want success and hand out numbers with no real planning on how to get there, then when those of us who have been doing this for decades make recommendations nothing happens, nothing ever changes here. there really are smart Americans, promise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together and communicate, this is very rare when the team is a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our VP is outstanding, compassionate, smart everything you want, Directors are a different story, no direction, no planned agenda.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team, we enjoy working together, LG has a ton of benefits that offset the low pay and poor pay system.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing what I set out to do regardless of the never ending roadblocks LG keeps putting in front of the success they strive for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base pay is fine but LG is the ONLY company that simply can't seem to reconcile the quarterly bonuses in a timely manner, I have never had to threaten legal recourse to be paid in my life. 4 weeks at the end of a quarter is more than enough time to get our commissions out the door, not 9 months.
