What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company paid family health, eye and dental with good insurance companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting new people and knowing I have the tools ability to help them on the same day I show up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The results from listening. Ex.. Technician burn out was at its all time worst. Upper management adding blocks automatically to help with sealed systems was very helpful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They do what ever they can to help. Ex... Running late I can call some coworkers to help me and they are there from start to finish.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership always an ear to the ground and are always ready to make the changes needed. My manager always answers my calls and will call me back when he says he will. Blocks are extremely helpful.
