What are some of the best things about your team?
There is no excuse for failure. As long as a DMST requests assistance, there has not been any failure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team provides any/all assistance to be successful in the field. I have yet to have any troubles while reaching out to my team: complete assistance for positive productivity,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get irritated whenever I receive messages about personal hygiene. Dirt bags are just that: Dirt bags. This is an elementary suggestion. The United States Army made certain personal hygiene contributes to good health.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy helping people and educating them upon their products. There are many times that they say, " I never knew this feature existed" or " Thank you for explaining the functionality of my products"!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have been without the companys insurance benefit. When I was first hired, I thought that I had properly signed on to LG's medical insurance; but I was mistaken. I was told that I had to wait until "open enrollment". In my opinion, enrolling should be as simple as "CLICK HERE".
