Things take a lot longer inside LG, so be patient. Good managers and leaders are hard to find. Fortunately there are some real gems in the group that make day to day bearable. HR delays and doesn't respond in a timely professional caring manner.

Leadership would not discuss the conditions of my employment instead they point to HR who points back.
