The COE is out of touch of my respective business or the overall matrix company structure. There are rigid processes in place by the HRSC that are inflexible when questions or feedback is provided, along with deflection and pointing fingers/blaming.

Working remotely / from home.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There are long response/waiting times when I reach out to the Benefits group in the HRSC. It's a confusing structure having the HR Solutions Center, and they push my question or request to local HR, and local HR has to wait for the HRSC to do something or to connect with me based on my request.
