Not great. I've been berated wothout cause or reason by a superior and never received acknowlgement or an apology for this. Our department is very stresful and a lot of our personnel are treated as expendable. My coworkers and incredible and are the biggest asset to the company and its operations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance rates and coverage are excellent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team treats and supports one another like a family. They are always willing to lend help and support - both in and outside of the office.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I aleays feel uncomfortably nervous or on edge about being judged or made to feel I'm not doimg my job well. I never receive positive feedback from my superiors and only hear when things are going wrong.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Literally everything. We constantly feel underappreciated and just another number amongst the crowd. Tasks and goalpoasts are constantly moving or unreasonably changed and being made to feel unsure of directives or inadequate is the norm. Morale amongst manu of my peers is very low.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are so many places where company culture needs changes. A culture of grooming individuals for success and understanding all facets of the job instead of being given a problem and simply told to find soloutions that are always not good enough would be an excellent change.
