Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the company uses their benefits package as an excuse to underpay their employees. I do not feel LG has competitive pay.

I feel the salaries in this company are not competitive. They use the benefits plan to cushion the low salaries they pay. Also, within the last year they have not given any kind of supplemental pay to cover working remote.
