Working at LG has been an interesting experience. I love the team and department that I work with. I think if I worked in any other department, I wouldn't be here for as long as I have been. I have been challenged in my position which I love, but burnout is inevitable if change isn't made w/ H/C.

The culture makes work interesting.

They are approachable with new ideas. There is an effort to be collaborative.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we're fun, collaborative, and truly helpful. We all have the same level of integrity and care about the work we put out so it makes working towards a goal easier and fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am extremely overloaded with work, and am losing work life balance. There is just too much work for one person to do, and no urgency to get extra headcount or make processes more efficient. With the hours I put in weekly, if calculated hourly, I am underpaid.
