What makes you most happy at work?

How helpful my coworkers are.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The time and effort they put in for me to feel appreciated.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

nCino provides workers with a low-stress work environment, for which I am grateful.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is always supportive and ready to assist in any way I need!

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is flexible, open to feedback, and highly invested in the success of other team members.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Recognizing industry standard compensation levels and adjusting ours accordingly. Specifically Software Engineers at nCino make roughly 20% less than their average industry counterpart.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation for Software Engineers is not up to industry average. Considering that remote work is now a national norm, claiming that we are paid to match our "cost of living" is is no longer a sound reason for reduced compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I was able to just as effectively perform my job remotely as I'm able to in person, but I'm required to come into the office. Between that and less than industry average compensation, I don't feel incentivised to go above and beyond.
