What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that work hard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know how much money several people in my department make and they have not been at the company as long as I have nor do they have the as much education + experience as I do. Very unfair. Competitors start people out in my same role for 20,000 more annually.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are more outstanding people at nCino than not. I have learned a lot from many people. The majority of people I work with make it a joy to come to work. There are a lot of friends of management that are dead weight and can ruin your day if you have to work with them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People should not get paid more and get higher positions because they are friends of someone higher up. Several of us heard a manager say that she was promised that she would never get fired because her friend is a VP. That makes an individual feel like no matter how hard they work, it will not ma
