They show-up and are always willing to lean in on challenging customers. They also encourage us to do the right thing for the customer and that is not just something they say, they truly represent that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you compare nCino salaries and titles, they often fall on the lower end of the spectrum and beneath the mid-point. Previously (4 years ago, when I started) they were more in-line but inflation has increased so much and other companies are increasing at a higher rate.
