I feel grateful to be working here. nCino to me has been the best place I have ever worked so far, that goes from my role to just the energy and vibe you get within my team and office. Very positive.

As I baseline, I just like my role. But beyond that it's really the people.

Way back when we were in the office, the snack station made such a difference in my day.

We are very close as a team and as an office, which particularly during lockdown was so amazing to see.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. They are great people, caring, funny, easy to work with and great at what they do. There is always someone who is willing to help you. Teamwork makes the dream work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I genuinely feel cared for as a human being, not just a number. Especially during this years challenging time, I feel that our company has openly discussed issues of mental heath and told us and enabled us to make sure we are ok.
