After starting here as an intern in college, I had high expectations as everyone at my school talked up nCino as a great place to work. Within my first 2 weeks, those expectations were shattered and by the time I came on full-time, I couldn't imagine working anywhere else. I've thrived greatly here.

My salary is not grouped in with my benefits, so the number on my offer sheet is the actual number I'm paid.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that each day I'm contributing one piece of an incredible whole. I feel as if I work in an environment of likeminded, hardworking individuals and that serves as inspiration to give my best each and every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is genuinely invested in the success of the product and the company as a whole. Any conflicts come as a result of the true passion for the quality of the product and are typically quickly resolved through open conversation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them started in small roles with the company and worked their way up to their leadership positions. This gives them a deep understanding of the daily trials of lower-level employees and the open line of communication they maintain helps us to feel heard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is working towards a the common goal which is the success of the company. We all feel as if we're large stakeholders in each others work no matter what part of the company you're with. Everyone is also treated with a common respect no matter seniority.
