I have been here for some time and so I've seen us just explode with growth. We are always trying to achieve more and better. Career progression is confusing, and seems to be based purely on time spent at the company, not goals. We've struggled a lot with management as we've grown.

As shareholders , everyone is very committed to the company succeeding
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can, and did, get many offers for a similar role that was easily 40k more. I was replaced by two different people after I had asked for a senior promotion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're extremely personable, and never treat you as lower in the hierarchy. Many were with the company as a startup, and they are all ecstatic that we are doing so well. Pierre is a magnetic leader.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Almost everyone is a very dedicated worker, no one slacks off which makes my job easier since I never have to pick up people's slack. Everyone is very cordial, even to those who might not have a sense of humor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation is good, especially for the area. However, as we have recently gone remote, it is obvious that other companies pay a much higher wage. Since much of what makes nCino great is the people, which is impossible now, it makes higher paid remote work tantalizing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their commitment to returning to work is misguided, and it is clear that the only people who think it's a good idea is the c-suite. Their inability to be flexible with the times in offering wfh options is a sign that weve gotten too big and bloated to be agile.
