What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health, dental, incentives with phone bill as well as break out kicker pay for commissions across sales goals

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The feedback to employees. All employees from all departments are constantly noticed on any level of work and given accolades for their accomplishments

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The collaborative effort of all of us as a team. No favoritism. Coaching all around as needed and always being there to help/assist at ANYTHING

What makes you most happy at work?

Learning everyday. EVERYDAY. Just when I think I'm getting really good at my job I have a constant wheel house of material to still learn.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team, team, team effort here. Nothing goes unsaid to one another which it makes us extremely productive and nobody is stepping on each-others toes from a configuration stand point
