It's a constant pinch in the arm reminder that I work here. I get to have challenges in front of me everyday that help me grow an expand my skillset. On top of the knowledge of the job itself I get to look around and be reminded how awesome everyone is by the culture that has been built.

The feedback to employees. All employees from all departments are constantly noticed on any level of work and given accolades for their accomplishments

The collaborative effort of all of us as a team. No favoritism. Coaching all around as needed and always being there to help/assist at ANYTHING

Learning everyday. EVERYDAY. Just when I think I'm getting really good at my job I have a constant wheel house of material to still learn.

Team, team, team effort here. Nothing goes unsaid to one another which it makes us extremely productive and nobody is stepping on each-others toes from a configuration stand point
