Feeling as though I have made a difference and moved things forward to meet my personal and team goals. I also really enjoy the people I work with and learning from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All managers I have worked for understand the importance of work life balance and flexibility in a work schedule. The understanding that we will all work hard and get the job done but especially during this crazy COVID times that there has to be a unique approach to where and when work is happening.
