We all work hard and everyone does their part to make sure the whole succeeds.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We still have the fun "start up" culture we had when I first started. We don't take ourselves too seriously, and even through stressful times everyone seems to still have fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been at nCino for over 6 years. The Executives have always seemed to have our best interest in mind, they are transparent (as much as they can be), and they have always seemed passionate about our company and mission.
