Driven to accomplish company goals. But believes that those goals will be achieved through employee empowerment.

Collaborative. All working towards the same goal, even though we don't always think the same. This drives progress and innovation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture really is lived. it's not something that is said. People take it to heart and you see it everyday in their work ethic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well rounded. Amazing benefits allow me to focus on work and family and not worrying about what is coming out of paycheck for HI etc. We are very well taken care of.
