we do a great job at finding good people. everyone is respectful and they care about what they do

we work as a team and not individuals with their own goals. we have fun and we build amazing features
What makes you most happy at work?
The best days are the ones where the team collaborates and has fun. I love walking out of the office knowing that I've made an impact on someones life. Whether its a happy customer or mentoring an engineer its always a win when you walk away with a smile.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Let me preface by first saying that I LOVE working at nCino, but when comparing our salaries with other tech companies on glassdoor and via linkedin, its easy to see that our pay is too low if we want to retain good talent. i'm getting offers for $50k more than my salary w/ full remote work.
