Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With an increase in remote jobs, the job pool is now a lot larger without having to move locations. With the skills and talent that many of our employees have, they should be compensated more to keep them from looking for remote jobs at a higher paying company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Show recognition for employee's work. Managers work with you to help improve your skills to get you to the next level in your current role, and they are willing to help you get where you want to be in the company if you are wanting to move to a different role within the company
