Everyone is open to others; the company works really hard to be progress, inclusive, and attentive to employee experiences and needs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems open and honest and approachable. I also like how they allow platforms for employees to share their personal thoughts and experiences, and how they encourage positivity and community involvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Similar companies often offer double the pay that nCino does for comparable positions and experience. When I see a coworker leave, it's almost always because they've been offered almost double the pay to do the same job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am given the autonomy and trust to do my own work. I also have support from my team and manager when I need it. I also have a platform where I'm allowed to be creative and problem solve often.
