Overall I have very much enjoyed my time at nCino however I believe the culture has become too rooted in a physical office which is currently working to nCino's detriment from an employee retention standpoint. This along with the lack of competitive pay is my biggest concern for nCino's future.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to see my efforts have an impact on people's daily processes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have each others backs which really helps with our day-to-day work since we know we have coverage. Everyone is also just pleasant and enjoyable to work with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay at nCino simply isn't competitive any longer since the shift in the job market due to COVID. I believe this is going to cause nCino to have issues retaining talent if not remedied sooner than later.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is very people focused and cares about their employees. I think that is the best part of nCino's culture and provides a workplace that is enjoyable to work in where you get to work with people you like.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That people are motivated to have a positive attitude and enjoy the work they do. Everyone just wants to enjoy life at the end of the day and half a nice work/life balance and we are able to make work be a little less stressful because of the culture nCino has created.
