Things have changed a lot over the last 4+ years and in many ways for the better but others have gotten worse. We are all aware of going public changes things it shouldn't change who we are or what we do. Growing pains seem to be at an all time high and disconnects between depts are ever apparent

The supportive approach and empathy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency in path forward and willingness to get into the weeds and support with clients.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I love the work but it's daunting when you never get your head above water to catch air.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I'm paid well but I don't believe I'm paid fairly for the workload that's carried when you compare workloads to others in the same position. Additionally, we tout the fair pay for ILM but competitors are offering substantial jumps in pay for fully remote positions making it appealing
