They are innovative, bold but humble, and very personable. They are extremely generous to all employees and care deeply about them and our customers.

My management team uses a full spectrum of tools available to them to compensate me (base salary, bonuses, equity, flex time, remote work, and generous holiday packages).
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very close and care about one another. Results never become more important than anyone on the team, yet we feel accountable and committed to performing our best. We are open with one another and help each other succeed.
