I love the concept of the product, but not the company that owns the product. The management team is not competant in this space and have favorites. Loyalty is more important to them than competance, and this is evident in the fact that they hired all their buddies, rather than experts.

Good worklife balance and benefits. Not an exciting, or challenging place to work. Not a place go-getters should go if they look to advance quickly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher level of accountability and empowerment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers don't inspire me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are several co-workers that are very competant and challange themselves and others to work hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here are morally good people, but just not high performers which is hard for me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Grov leadership needs to initiate a complete culture change that is more in line with that of Nu Skin.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is 60% of my predecessor. I was supposed to be in this role for 2-3 months and it has been over two years and my title still hasn't changed, nor my pay grade. I have done an excellent job and my manager knows this, yet all I got was a higher-than-average merit increase.
