I have worked an Nu Skin for a long time and we have always had ups and downs. I am happy to ride those out but the lows have felt more low and more common that the highs over the last 2 years. I miss the company I love!
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and the collaboration and community within it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Execution! Following their own "Nu Skin Ways". Being less reactive. Giving teams the autonomy to do their jobs instead of making decisions that go against the team and research.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the founders have created an environment of caring for the individual (customer and employee) and those outside of our company. I watch that diminish each year with current leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My individual team is great. They are involved and proactive. Some of the organizations that I partner with do not seem to have the same attitude or work ethic. Personally, I often question if some other org. team members are putting in a fair 40 hours of work each week.
