Over the years I've really enjoyed building something special. I do have a concern that no everyone in management/executive team is looking to build something long term vs trying to make a big splash quickly and if it doesn't work out, just walk away.

They care about the employees and want them to succeed.

Health Insurance is great. We really focus on reaching bonuses each quarter.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a great team on trying to solve a difficult issue. Interacting with kind co workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We give people the benefit of the doubt. Also don't punish people for trying to improve the process or grow the bottom line even it the effort was unsuccessful
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are care about one another and no one is trying to step over each other to get to the top. There has been a culture of teamwork instilled within our team . We also work well with our international markets.
