It's been really good. The benefits are amazing and the people are fun. I get bored when working from home because there isn't enough to do, but I try to keep busy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can work together, but we also don't step on each others toes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're fun and personable! They get things done, but also have a lot of fun while doing it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help individuals. If they come to me, I'll gladly spend hours helping them with an issue.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I love the culture at the company. Unfortunately, I'm not able to work in person so I can't enjoy it as much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though I do most of the work in my department, and I get paid the least out of the rest of my coworkers. I'd just like a raise.
