I enjoy working at the company, as my direct team is really good. We care about and help out each other. I like the daily tasks, that I has a strong knowledge about. However I would like to learn more and take more responsibility, that I have only slight opportunity for at the moment.

Accepting the others, helping each other and caring about the others.

My direct team is awesome. Amazing persons, good cooperation and hard work.

The people I work with and I am looking forward any new challenges and learning new tasks
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being in contact with my direct manager, I can share my experience about this person, who always cares about me as a person and about feeling good at my job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate the products we receive, however the bonus in each quater is not satisfying sometimes. However I appreciate that we receive bonus, because it is not common at many places.
